At Discraft, we stand by the quality of our sports equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all discs and gear remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring discs are protected to prevent warping during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
